BIZINAVAR is a service company specialized in construction and the environment, born with the vocation of providing a comprehensive service to its customers.
It is a non-profit social initiative company, promoted by the association ANAISOL-ZEIS (Navarra Association for the socio-labor inclusion of people in vulnerable situations, in areas of special social interest), which reinvests all its profits in its own purpose social, to be sustainable and enablers of socio-labor opportunities within personalized itineraries in transit to the achievement of an ordinary job, betting on the improvement of the quality of life of people and their self-determination.
Promote the social and labour integration of people in a situation of social exclusion, through personalized itineraries focused on training and active search for quality employment in the ordinary or generalist sphere.
We aspire to work from excellence, transparency and motivation to become a benchmark in Navarre in the generation of quality socio-labour Itineraries for people in situations of social exclusion. We offer an expert and people-centered accompaniment service, through the activities we manage, participating directly and collaboratively in the development of innovative and high-quality social, labor and training services and programs, that respond with effectiveness to the needs and demands of the population in general and especially of people in any situation of personal and social vulnerability in our community.
